Sevizio fantastico, gentilezza di tutto il personale, proprietari molto disponibili x accontentare i clienti intolleranti ad alcuni alimenti anche senza preavviso hanno cercato di dare il meglio che potevano fare . Sono rimasta senza parole e non ho potuto fare altro che complimentarmi personalmente con loro x la loro disponibilità . Hanno pensato a tutto, anche al dolce . Da raccomandare assolutamente. “ Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in questa fantastica location, situata in cima a una collina da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sulla valle circostante. Abbiamo mangiato su un romantico balconcino affacciato sul panorama, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo iniziato con un delizioso aperitivo composto da polenta fritta accompagnata da una maionese agrumata, vitello tonnato e un sorprendente tortino di pere e gorgonzola. A seguire il vero pezzo forte: le caramelle di Indro, una pasta ripiena fatta a mano, servita con un fondo ricco e saporito che vi farà desiderare di ordinarne altri dieci piatti. Come secondo, una guancia di vitello tenerissima, che si sfaldava semplicemente sfiorandola con un grissino. Abbiamo concluso in dolcezza con un bunet della tradizione e una torta di mele fragrante e genuina. Un’esperienza da ripetere assolutamente: cucina curata, atmosfera magica, servizio impeccabile con grande attenzione ai dettagli! ”
